As I sit here at my computer, I am so thankful for the blessings it has brought me. I
have met family members I didn't know I had. I have formed relationships with people
I had been out of touch with for many years. I am discovering my roots...
There are so many people that have contributed to these pages that it would be
impossible to thank them all. I do, however, need to thank my Mom and Dad for their
tireless searches for pictures or information that I need and for repeatly answering
my thousands of questions about the Gurley history. I want to thank Dan for helping
and inspiring me to get my family history on-line, and to Tim for the pictures and
The Gurley's are an interesting group to research. We have scattered all over this
wonderful country of ours and planted roots. I have only begun to dig up pieces of

room for more family!
A family tree is a forever work in progress. If you find errors, please let me know
so that I might correct them. If you have stories, photos, or an additional
information that might add to our family tree, please forward those on to me as well.
I appreciate all of you that have sent me corrections and/or additions to the tree.
Please keep them coming!!!

Do you know who your second cousins are? Try the Kinship Relationships Tool. Your site can generate various Reports for each name in your family tree. You can select a name from the list on the top-right menu bar.
In addition to the charts and reports you have Photo Albums, the Events list and the Relationships tool. Family photographs are organized in the Photo Index. Each Album's photographs are accompanied by a caption. To enlarge a photograph just click on it. Keep up with the family birthdays and anniversaries in the Events list. Birthdays and Anniversaries of living persons are listed by month. Want to know how you are related to anybody ? Check out the Relationships tool.
